POLICY

When booking online, if the appointment day and time you prefer isn't available, please add yourself to the waitlist. These requests will be priority. 

When booking online you're required to enter in payment information. If you're late by more then 15 minutes with no contact or if you no show your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost to your provided payment method. 

You will be charged according to the service you receive, not for the service you booked. ie. if you booked for a gel manicure but during your appointment you decide to add designs, you will be charged for the designs as well. If you booked in for a 2 week lash fill and if it has actually been 3 weeks since your last fill, you will be charged for a 3 week fill. 

Discounted services and or promotions are to be redeemed with the corresponding service provider, not all service providers have the same discounts and promotions. 

Gift cards with a cash value will always hold that value even if the services are no longer offered. Gift cards that have an expiration are to be redeemed within that period and do not have a cash value.
